Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE (not guaranteed) only!
Our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange after this time period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with a VALID RECEIPT!
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned!!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and entered in under your customer account. It will be immediately available for use.
Exchanges (if available)

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
